Kochi, Jan. 20, 2026 — Škoda Auto India said it has launched the new Kushaq SUV in the Indian market. The company described the model as advancing its strategy to bring European technology to Indian customers.
The new Kushaq offers a range of features not previously available in its segment. These include an eight-speed torque converter automatic transmission and a rear seat massage function.
The SUV retains turbocharged 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre engines with manual and automatic options.
Standard equipment across all variants includes alloy wheels, LED lights, an electric sunroof, and advanced safety systems.
Škoda said pre-bookings are open on its India website with an initial booking amount of ₹15,000. Deliveries are set to begin by the end of March 2026.
The company highlighted the Kushaq’s five-star Global NCAP safety rating and said the model supports its broader growth strategy in India.
