Italy’s UniCredit says no plans to liquidate Russian business

Italy’s UniCredit said on Friday it has no plans to liquidate its Russian business.

The Italian lender also said it does not intend to return the banking licence held by its local subsidiary.

UniCredit has held onto its Russian operations during the Ukraine conflict.
