Nexus Ventures Partners on April 15 has offloaded more than half a percent equity stake worth Rs 186 crore in logistics solutions provider Delhivery via open market transactions. This is the second lot of stake sale by US-based venture capital firm Nexus Ventures Partners through in current month. Earlier on April 8, it had offloaded 1.6 percent shares in Delhivery.
On Wednesday, Nexus Opportunity Fund sold 5.37 lakh shares in Delhivery for Rs 25.01 crore, and Nexus Ventures III offloaded 34.62 lakh shares for Rs 160.98 crore. This totalled to 0.53 percent stake worth Rs 186 crore, while the transaction price was Rs 465 per share.
Nexus Ventures III held 4.49 percent equity stake in Delhivery as of December 2025, however, in April, its total stake sold was around 1.85 percent. Considering this, Nexus’ total stake may have reduced to below 3 percent now.
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Edelweiss Mutual Fund, Nippon India Mutual Fund, and Viridian Asia Opportunities Master Fund were buyers for Delhivery shares sold by Nexus at the same price. Delhivery shares fell 1.18 percent to Rs 459.80 on the National Stock Exchange despite a rally in equity markets.
