At least six French soldiers were wounded in a drone attack on a joint Peshmerga-French base in the Makhmour area of Iraq. The attack was reported on Thursday by Erbil Governor Omed Koshnaw in a statement. A security source also confirmed the incident. The base is jointly used by French forces and Kurdish Peshmerga fighters.
