Israel will destroy all homes in Lebanese villages near the border, the defence minister announced on Tuesday. He stated that 600,000 people who fled southern Lebanon will not be allowed to return until northern Israel is secure. The minister also said Israel will inflict destruction similar to that seen in Gaza in the border area.
