Aurum PropTech has crossed Rs 500 crore in annualised recurring revenue (ARR) and reported its second consecutive quarter of profitability for the January-March period. The adjusted operating margin for the quarter rose to 12.2% from (1.4%), an increase of 1,360 basis points.
For FY2026, total income reached Rs 424 crore, up from Rs 285 crore in FY2025, marking a growth of 49%. The profit before tax margin improved to (2.9%) from (15.6%), while the adjusted operating margin increased to 5.9% from (3.4%).
Onkar Shetye, Executive Director, stated, “FY26 marks a defining year for Aurum PropTech, as we scaled beyond Rs 500 crore ARR.” The company strengthened its platform through the acquisition of PropTiger and continued AI-led innovation at Sell.do. The rental businesses, HelloWorld and NestAway, showed resilience and sustained margin expansion.
The company secured the SM REIT license, enhancing its real estate investment platform. Aurum PropTech’s performance reflects a shift towards operational discipline, with profitability durability amid ongoing acquisitions remaining a key focus.
