Iran requires ships crossing the Strait of Hormuz to coordinate with its Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), a senior Iranian official told Reuters. The official said all ships can sail through the strait, but this must be coordinated with the IRGC. The official added that unfreezing Iranian funds was part of the deal.
