Fifteen small-cap stocks gained for five consecutive days

Fifteen small-cap stocks gained for five consecutive days, with returns of 20% to 40%.

In the five trading sessions ending April 17, the Sensex climbed 2.43%, gaining 1,862 points to close at 78,493. This increase included advances in three of the five sessions between April 10 and 17. During this period, about 166 stocks in the BSE small-cap index posted gains in each of the five consecutive sessions. Of these, 15 stocks rose on all five days, delivering cumulative returns of 20% to 40%.

The five-day gains for these stocks varied, with one stock gaining 41% from a previous close of Rs 139, while another rose 36% from Rs 4. Other notable gains included 32% from Rs 1270, 31% from Rs 22, and 28% from Rs 306. Additional gains were recorded at 25% from Rs 1117, 24% from Rs 966, and 24% from Rs 16. Further, stocks gained 22% from Rs 537, 22% from Rs 949, 22% from Rs 160, 21% from Rs 358, and 20% from Rs 314 and Rs 811.
