As March-quarter shareholding data emerges for over half of the BSE smallcap universe—around 970 companies—Mutual Funds (MFs) have increased their exposure, raising stakes in about 294 smallcap stocks compared to December ’25. Nearly 66 of these stocks have delivered double-digit returns over the past six months. Nine standout smallcap stocks have rallied between 50% and 115% in just six months, with three of these stocks more than doubling investor wealth.
